Street Dreams was made after All Eyez On Me but Tupac did “steal a beat from this nigga.” Listen to If I ruled The World and then Troublesome 96. Same beat and troublesome was definetly released after If I Ruled The World. If you check the live version of troublesome he even says he’s using Nas’ beat.
