Could you give me an advice how to negotiate for the rent with the landlord?

I have got a letter from a Realty company about my rent will be goes up . It is too much for me so I don’t want it. I don’t know how to negotiate with the landlord. I should write a letter or call him?

I doubt you can. Call the realty, but what is normally done when you disagree is that you give them your 30 day notice and move out.

    There is NO negotiating rent. Your landlord is not a charity. You can call or write but you either pay the increase or move.

    No. landlords hire realty companies to deal with the rental properties so they don’t
    have to. so there would be no negotiations.
