To clean up foreclosed home?

Anyone have idea how to get a contract (work) with the Banks or Realestate company to clean up foreclosed home?
The reason I want to ask this question, is because some of the soldiers in my unit are looking for the job after they came back from deployed, and you know it’s tough time right now, that’s why they want to do this thing, at least they can find something to support their family for now.

Try posting ads on craigslist and in the local paper. Also, contact the banks directly. Most will already have someone that does this that they contract with, but it’s still worth a shot. Also, you should offer rental cleanup too, that way you can have more customers than just the repo alone.

Contact them yourself and ask them who they use. Ask them if they are happy with the company that they are currently using. If they’re not, then …
If they are happy, then ask them if the other company ever gets behind or do they ever find themselves with a lot work at certain times. Give them your business card and let them know that if there are any changes or if they might could use some extra help in the future, then they can give you a call. Just keep talking to people until you find someone in need of your service!!
