How is your town doing? Is there tons of empty commercial real estate? Is this the end of the urban sprawl? Many are losing millions from lost rentals. If the large corporations are having a hard time staying in business how is the little guy going to make it? If debt is money and there is no credit, there is no money! Just a quick peek at some of what Happens at our food pantry on Fridays. Tahoe’s economy continues to sufer, long before banking hic-up, Tahoe’s realestate boom shot housing prices way up, which in turn drove many young families our of the area. Schools started to close, jobs dried up. Poverty with a view, Tahoe is a mix of the very rich, and the very poor.
