I have got a letter from a Realty company about my rent will be goes up . It is too much for me so I don’t want it. I don’t know how to negotiate with the landlord. I should write a letter or call him?
I doubt you can. Call the realty, but what is normally done when you disagree is that you give them your 30 day notice and move out.

To the best of my knowledge, the video did not mention the perpetrators were black and did mention anything abut Columbine, Daimler or Hitler; nor did I hear anything like this in the media. I don’t see the correlation between Columbine, Hitler and Dahmer, except that the leader or perpatrators were all deranged.

I realty screwed up my life years ago. Since the I’ve made huge improvements and my life has gotten much better. Now I’m having a lot of self doubt and finding it difficult to keep moving forward. I keeping feeling tempted to take the easy route and give up
get active… start jogging,biking, hiking, fishing, eat better… find something you like and find a group of people that do the same thing.. book club, movie club, somehting to pass the time.
once for like a year i went to AA "dual diagnosis" there is always someone worse off than you.trust me. maybe you can help someone and in return feel better about yourself because you see their progression tward the positive. give hand ups not hand outs
I do. I like having my coffee, cream and sugar at the breakfast table nook, and there’s books of math puzzles and such right there so I can get woke up smoothly and painlessly. It’s like living in Peter Pan to wake up to this dream world that’s actually realty. Do you do anything like this?
Haha I do enough math during the day 
. I usually start my day with two hours of TV shows I downloaded from the night before with my breakfast, and then an hour of Chinese study. Then it’s math for a good six hours or so!
But it does sound like a lovely way to start a day if it works for you!
On my samsung reality whenever i press the call/send button it restarts my phone up, so i cant call someone. unless i use the touch screen. help.. i already tried restarting it.
All that I could say is you might want to go to your local Verizon store and tell them your problem…they should either fix it or send you a new one!
im in college now and have about two years left (at the latest i graduate in spring of 2012, double majoring) I was wondering what good areas are there for kids just coming out of college. The auction of the 29 remaining condos for sale (out of 58 total units) in downtown Oceanside was a tremendous success. Multiple bidders on all 29 caused prices to rise above the opening bids, which ranged from $295,000 for 1,947sf in the back, to $625,000 for 2,500sf on the top floor, with full obstructable ocean view – for now. The vacant lot across the street can be built up to the same height, and block views.
