I am a certified machinery and equipment appraiser. I have been marketing my service for close to a year now and to no avail I have not made any money. In this business you market to the banks. I have called on (really) every bank in the state of illinois and kept intouch with the chef lending officers/follow up,etc…. and know one seems to need the service most banks in Illinois are realestate banks and don’t secure loans with equipment.
Should I just give up and do something else or keep going. I cannot afford to keep throwing money at marketing the business.
what should I do?
Check with the trustees at Federal Bankrupcty courts. They could use some accurate appraisals.

Anyone have idea how to get a contract (work) with the Banks or Realestate company to clean up foreclosed home?
The reason I want to ask this question, is because some of the soldiers in my unit are looking for the job after they came back from deployed, and you know it’s tough time right now, that’s why they want to do this thing, at least they can find something to support their family for now.
Try posting ads on craigslist and in the local paper. Also, contact the banks directly. Most will already have someone that does this that they contract with, but it’s still worth a shot. Also, you should offer rental cleanup too, that way you can have more customers than just the repo alone.

I was told from my Realestate that if i want to get my house and yard fumigateted for spider’s and other insects it is to be done at my own cost…. I have lived at other places and the Landlords had paid for it before and now i am just a bit confussed…
If its for preventative measures I would say its optional for the landlord to pay. If its for actual pest removal (i.e. spiders everywhere, roaches in the kitchen, flies all over, ants coming in the home, etc.) it would be the landlords responsibility.

About 10 years ago now, when i was 18 i rent a property with a friend and i ended up moving out and took my name off the lease and a few days later my ex flatmate destroyed the unit.. I just wanted to know if i can find out if my name was black listed?
There is no "blacklist" Check your credit report, if your name was not removed they may have filed a judgement against you for damages etc….

Just a quick peek at some of what Happens at our food pantry on Fridays. Tahoe’s economy continues to sufer, long before banking hic-up, Tahoe’s realestate boom shot housing prices way up, which in turn drove many young families our of the area. Schools started to close, jobs dried up. Poverty with a view, Tahoe is a mix of the very rich, and the very poor.

By the way, you can thank republicans for putting America up for sale to the international community. America will now be expected to tap dance to the tone of the highest bitter. Now it is officially a whore.
Get ready people, because the New World Order is upon us. And republicans have put them on the drivers seat.
We used to have statesmen,
then they became politicians,
now they will become prostitutes.
I am predicting $6 million for a representative, and $8 million for a senator.
Governors will go relatively cheaply, at anywhere from $2-5 million.
