I work in the realestate business and I have ran across someone that sues for a living. He has a Lawyer that is not charging him (this Lawyer makes his money from frivilous race claims) This buyer is white had bad credit and could not buy. I took him to 3 lenders. He is sueing my company because he claims we did not want to sell to him because he has an African American girlfriend(she could not buy either because of poor credit) I look these 2 up and found out they have sued other people. Is there anywhere I can report them?
My Lawyer at my company just pays off these kind of people. It is more costly to go to court. This is why people continue to sue. Major companies do not like publicity.
Bring what you have to the attention of the court that is handling your case. In most areas, there is NOTHING that can be done to stop them, but the court CAN consider the pattern in deciding who to believe in your case.
I’ll be using the money for realestate investments. I’ll be using it as I find properties and I want a place to keep the balance until I need it, that can earn some interest. I need easy access to it so it cannot be tied up for an extended period. I suppose a mix of options might work if you have the right idea – some short term instant withdrawl and some longer term avaialability (months)
